Why strengthen the core?

Core performance training provides the body with a working foundation. The core muscles are necessary whether you are seated, standing or moving. Therefore, all individuals should perform exercises that focus on training the core.

• ensure efficient and functional movement patterns
• correct poor posture
• improve balance

Training the core begins without equipment in both static and dynamic positions. Gradually incorporate resistance and balance equipment, to encourage greater core stability. Focus body training on core fitness and build a stronger and healthy foundation.
